Message	It sounds like you're going to register it in California. In order to do that for an out-of-state vehicle, it will have to go through an inspection. In the inspection, they check to make sure all your smog goodies are there, the main things being your pre-cats, cats, EGR, carbon canister. For CARB legal items, make sure you have the CARB numbers handy, such as your JWT POPCharger.
